Save order is not happening when FACEBOOK_ENABLED is set to false.

            Description

            • Go to smb.reseller_properties and make FACEBOOK_ENABLED as false for a reseller.
            • Now, In reseller UI page click on create order page, give all details and click on save order.
              Actual: No response when clicked on save order button.
