Steps
-------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create a merchant with Facebook enabled.
3. Create an order with a BA/BL.
4. Edit Search Ads and verify ads with Keyword Insertion.
Problem: For Search Ads, keyword insertion is missing For a few BA/BL combination, keyword insertion is fine Eg: Hotels/Calirfornia and for a few BA/BL combination keyword insertion is shown for one ad. Eg: Hotels/Alpine, CA.
