Order not saving after reverting the Audience customization to default

      Description

      Steps:
      --------
      1. Login to Reseller UI
      2. Create a merchant with Facebook enabled.
      3. Link the TP Page with Facebook Page.
      4. Create an order in Reseller UI with a BA/BL
      5. Select the Primary BA/BL for social.
      6. Click on Edit Ads under Social section.
      7. Click on Edit Audience icon in Social Edit Ads page.
      8. Customize only gender and save the order.
      9. After successful save, click again on Edit Ads under social section.
      10. Click on Edit Audience icon and revert the gender back to default one.
      11. Save the order.

      Expected: Order should save successfully after reverting the audience customization.

      Actual: Order is not saving, when we click on request deployment reverted changes are not reflecting in TP and in Curent Order preview page.
