Update error message if FB not enabled and deployment is tried

            Description

            When deployment is tried without enabled Facebook for a merchant, the following error message must be shown.

            "Facebook not enabled for the Merchant. Please enable Facebook in Merchant's Contact Info tab and retry deployment."
