Description
User is able to schedule an order even though merchant is not enabled facebook and also not linked to facebook page
1. Create an order and try to schedule deploy
2. User will see message respective message and order will go to Quote
3. Now, in the same page uncheck and check Enable Scheduled Start Date checkbox
4. Click on schedule deploy
Actual result: Order went to scheduled
Expected result: Order should not go to scheduled state and it has to show respective message.
