            Description

            We need a utility that should

            a) check for Merchant linking status for each Merchant that has Facebook enabled.
            b) on detecting a change in merchant linking status, it should trigger off an email to all the users configured for the Reseller to which the Merchant belongs.
            c) the content of the email must clearly mention the Merchant for which the page linking has been activated.
