            Description

            • This task is basically to add/update the help text for edit social ads page and upload ads page.
            • As, Emojis and other IPA symbols are not supported in csv file format. So, We need to add info to convert csv file format to UTF8 format after downloading and before uploading file, If Ads contains any Special Symbol or Emojis.
