Description
Steps:
--------
1. Create a merchant with Facebook checked.
2. Link the TP page with Facebook.
3. Create an order and deploy it.
4. Now, disconnect Facebook(remove page linking) from TP.
5. Redeploy the order.
Actual: Order is going to Error state.
Expected: As, the page got delinked from Facebook, before deployment we should call the TP service and check the page linking status and should not allow order to deploy if the page is not linked.
