Description
Unchecked distribution percentage is not adding to Google Distribution for Quote and Deployed order.
1. Edit Quote/Deployed order
2. Uncheck any distribution
Actual Result: Budget is getting distributed based on proportion for all distribution
Expected Result: If the user unchecks any distribution then that distribution budget should go to GOOGLE.
Note: Orders which are Quote/Deployed should have Facebook distribution budget $125 which is a minimum budget cap.
