Steps:
1. Create a merchant without a Facebook check
2. Now, only check Facebook checkbox and save a merchant
Actual Result: Facebook checkbox is not getting checked if a user saves merchant by only checking a Facebook checkbox
Expected Result: Facebook checkbox should get checked if a user saves merchant by only checking a Facebook checkbox
