User Can View A Quote Range For A Business Area/Business Location Pairing They Have Selected

The user can select a menu option to view a dedicated 'quote range' worksheet view.

This view will allow the user to select a business area from a list of business areas (optionally the user can select multiple business areas, possibly limited to business areas that share a common business category but this will not be a limitation for the final product!).

The view will allow the user to select a single business location.

Once the user has selected at least one business area, and a business location, they will be allowed to request a quote range estimate.

The quote range estimate will contain data for the 'Google' and 'Bing' ad networks. The data will include min/max click counts, min/max cost, and for each BA/BL/AdNetwork tuple an indication of whether the tuple is sellable or not.
