Steps:
------
1. Create a merchant with Facebook checkbox.
2. Link the page with FB.
3. run fb_page_linking_status_notifier.sh script to notify user that the page was linked.
Problem: No notification email received since the script is running at seuser level. The script should run at merchant level.
