Need to update Campaign structure for CampaignType, AdDistibution and PricingModel.
In V12 they have removed SearchAndContent for CampaignType and now its Search and will be applied to AdGroups. AdDistribution uses CampaignType and Pricing Models are removed is set to CPC.
