Description
1. Deploy an order
2. Goto Bing Ads
3. Then, go to the Accounts and Billing section
4. Search for the merchant and click on account number
5. Verify Auto-tagging under accounts section
Actual Result: Auto-tagging is off for deployed order
Expected Result: Auto-tagging should be On for deployed order
