user can change BA/Loc Campaign status

the UI offers the ability to change the status for each BA/Loc. The status selected should be carried out to all campaigns that are generated for that BA/Loc including for all distributions (Google, Bing), and all search engine campaigns (GT, GM, Mobile). The status values are Active-Accrue Budget (default upon initial deploy request) , Active - No Accrual, Paused - Accrue Budget, Paused - No Accrual. see attached UI.

If possible .... let's please add the below, otherwise, i will punt to a future release.

If there is an error with one of more search engine/distribution campaigns related to the BA/Loc, and thus their status values differ from what the user selected, the UI should display an icon that refers to an issue that needs to be addressed. The icon could merely be an * asterisk and the related text should say, "One or more search engine campaigns related to this Business Area/Location combination may not have the status selected. It is recommended that a support ticket is raised to resolve this issue."
