Auto select Primary BA/BL is not working properly when a user changes the Primary BA/BL.

• Steps:
  ------------
• Login to reseller UI
• Click on Create order button.
• Give all valid details and select multiple BA/BL
• Select Facebook distribution after giving budget.
• Primary BA/BL will be auto selected.
• Now, Select different Primary BA/BL from drop down.

Actual: After selecting different Primary BA/BL , 'Select Campaign Objective' and 'Select to Action' drop down is not loading.
