Facebook distribution is getting uncheck when we save the order after campaign budget customization.

• Steps:
  ------------
• Login to Reseller UI
• Click on create order and give all valid details.
• Give monthly budget for Google and Bing only (don't select Facebook distribution)
• Click on Edit campaign budget.
• Do some budget customization and save the order.
• Now, edit the saved order -> select Facebook distribution -> select Customize Campaign Budget checkbox and click on save button.

Actual: Facebook distribution is unchecked after saving the order.
Expectation: Order should be save with Facebook distribution.
