Order is going to Error state while terminating with carryover clearance

Steps:
--------
1. Create an order with a BA/BL and deploy.
2. on day t+1, run ABU for the deployed order for dat t-1.
3. Verify carryover for the account in database and Reseller UI.
4. Now, terminate the order by checking clear account balance checkbox.
5. Verify carryover and order status in UI.

Expected: Carryover should become 0 and the same should display in UI. Order should go to Archived state.

Actual: Carryover clearance is working fine. But the order is going to Error state.
