Appending minus(-) sign to 0 for carryover when negative carryover was cleared

Steps:
--------
1. Create an order with a BA/BL and deploy.
2. Insert performance data for Google in staging.googleMccAdMax table such that carryover should go negative. (insert performance data greater than daily budget). Insert performance data for deployment date.
3. on day t+1, run ABU for the date t-1.
4. Now, terminate the order by clear account balance checkbox.
5. Verify carryover value in Reseller UI.

Expected: Carryover value should be 0 in Reseller UI.

Actual: minus sign was appended to 0 carryover in Reseller UI.
