Steps:

1. Deploy an order with a BA/BL with Facebook checked.
2. on day t+1 redeploy the same order.
3. Verify carryover for the facebook campaigns.
4. terminate the order with carryover clear option.
5. Order will go to Archived state.
6. verify Facebook carryover in create order page.
Expected: Carryover value should be 0 for Facebook.
Actual: Carryover is not getting deleted for the Facebook campaigns.
