- steps:

- Give all valid details and add BA/BL.
- select monthly budget and give all distributions.
- select 'Customize campaign budgets' checkbox.
- Now, uncheck 'Customize campaign budgets' checkbox.
Actual: Not able to uncheck/check any distributions.
Expected: As 'Customize campaign budgets' is uncheck user should allow to customization on distributions.
