- Login to reseller UI
- Create an order by checking "Customize campaign budgets" checkbox.
- Edit the existing order --> Uncheck any Distribution --> again check "Customize campaign budgets" checkbox --> Add new BA/BL.
Actual: After adding new BA/BL user is not able to select unchecked Distributions even though "Customize campaign budgets" checkbox is unchecked.
Expected: user should able to select any Distributions.
