In Edit Campaign Budgets screen Primary BA/BL is not updating

• Steps:

• Login to reseller UI
• Click on Create order
• Add Multiple BA/BL and select all Distributions.
• Check Customize Campaign budget checkbox.
• Click on Edit campaign Budgets link and verify Primary BA/BL for Facebook its showing correctly.
• Now, Change the primary BA/BL and again verify In edit campaign budget screen.

Actual: Primary BA/BL is not updated here.

Expected: Should show the updated Primary BA/BL
