1. Deploy an order by customizing campaign budgetType
2. Re-deploy order by changing budgetType
Actual Result: After deployment compare mms_common.campaigns budgetType with sloshLimit and sloshFactor budgetType its not matching
Expected Result: mms_common.campaigns budgetType should match with sloshLimit and sloshFactor budgetType
