            Description

            1. Terminated an old order which was created without custom budgets.
            2. Getting JDBC exception in listener log.

            3. verified campaigns status in admaxCampaigns table.

            Problem: Status is still active.

            4. verified search engine status in tsacommon.searchEngineAccounts table.

            Problem: status is still Active.

            See the attached jboss log file.

            Note: But the status in Reseller UI was Archived.
