            Description

            Steps:
            --------
            1. Create a merchant.
            2. Create an order with 2 BA/BL and deploy.
            3. Edit the order and delete a BA/BL and redeploy.
            4. Check the deployment status.

            Problem: Order stuck in Processing, Jboss is not sending the campaign status properly back to Reseller.
