MySQL syntax error while running ABU with clear carryover option

Steps:
--------
1. Created an order with custom budgets on 27/12/2018.
2. Ran ABU till 07/01/2019 and terminated the order without carryover clearance option.
3. Carryover with the account was $200.
4. on 09/01/2019 created a new order and terminated with carryover clear option.

Issue: In the above scenario, carryover should clear for previous deleted default campaigns. While fetching the details of deleted default campaigns in the ABU process we are seeing MySQL syntax Error.

Note: But the carryover adjustment was happened fine.
