An alert should throw when a user tries to customize the last non customized campaign.

• Steps:
• Login to reseller UI
• Click on create order and add multiple BA/BL
• Click on edit campaign Budgets link
• Click on customize checkbox for all the possible campaigns.
• Now, try to enable the customize checkbox for the last non customize a campaign.

Expected: As there should be minimum one Default campaign for any distribution, When a user tries to customize that particular campaign its should throw an alert pop up.

• In the given screenshot when a user tries to click on customize checkbox for Bed & breakfasts it should throw an alert pop up saying that at least one campaign should be a "Default".
