Steps:
--------
1. Create an order with 4 BA/BL and customize the budgets and campaign types.
2. Deploy the order to both Google and Bing.
3. on Day t+1, run ABU for the account and verify carryover for Google and Bing.
4. terminate the order with carryover clearance option.
5. verify the listener log.
Issue: Carryover should adjust only for the default campaigns but in case of Bing it is adjusting for all the campaigns.
