Show total number of characters allowed for both 'Link text' and 'URL' in Error report csv file

• When character limits exceeds for Link text or Url we are showing No. of exceeds characters in error report csv file.
• Now, its better to include Total no. of characters allowed for that particular field.

Ex- Current Error message "3 Bytes Over The Limit"

Expected: 3 Bytes Over The Limit (Maximum 25 characters allowed)
