Following is the help text section for bulk Sitelink up-loader tool.
Sitelinks Help (Updated)
Sitelink extensions allow additional links to be displayed with a standard text ad. Each sitelink requires a unique Destination URL and unique link text. Common examples of link text include, Contact Us, About Us, Directions, and Services. Up to a maximum of 10 sitelinks may be enabled (by checking the Enable check-box).
To edit sitelinks in bulk, please download the template by clicking on the Download button. This will provide you a sample template with all the headers that are required to upload sitelinks. In case you already have sitelinks in the system, the template file will contain them. You can then edit this file, save, and then upload into the system.
Upload Help (New)
The Bulk Upload tool is an efficient way to manage sitelinks in your AML account. This feature saves time by allowing you to upload multiple sitelinks in bulk. In case you already have sitelinks in the system, you can download the list of sitelinks, make necessary edits, save the file and then upload the updated CSV to AdMax Local. Your changes will be reflected in the sitelinks section of the account in the UI.
Please note that each search engine has their own strict policies and guidelines for Sitelinks. AdMax Local will validate for some of these policies while others will need to be reviewed and flagged by the respective search channel (I.E. Google, Bing).
While uploading Sitelinks using the Bulk Upload tool, please make sure the file you upload is in its original CSV format to ensure your changes are reflected in the platform.
Note: When a bulk upload is submitted, the upload will be successful only when all the sitelinks meet the platform’s validation requirements. If there is a validation error, the sitelinks that have an error will be highlighted in the error report, along with a description with the reasoning for the error. Please be sure to address any errors in the error report before uploading the corrected file to the platform.
