            Description

            Required for AML direct as

            a) For FB accounts, order deployment is not supported without page being linked, so should be saved a quote order initially.More thoughts required on this though..
            b) In case payment mechanism fails for a customer we will save order as quote

            Note: Updating of QUOTE order is not supported as a part of this task
