Description
This task covers the UI work required to implement the ability to PAUSE campaigns on deployment.
We will be showing a checkbox labelled "Launch campaigns as PAUSED" in the confirmation box when "Request Deployment" button is clicked.
When selected, the campaigns and order will move to PAUSED state once the deployment is complete. If unchecked, the order status will be "Deployed" post deployment.
Also, the checkbox should be unchecked by default.
