Budget Accrual status is showing as 'Processing Error!' in UI for an account which is having only Archived order

            Description

            • Steps:
              -------------
            • Terminate the deployed order.
            • Go to History tab and click on view order for the terminated order.
            • Here Budget Accrual Status is showing as ''Processing Error!"

            Expected: status should show as Paused.
