Budget Accrual Status determines whether unspent budget will accrue and create carryover each day or not. Standard behavior is for unspent budget to accrue as carryover whether a campaign is live or paused – so that if you need to take an account offline for a few days it can still look to deliver on its normal monthly budget. An active Budget Accrual Status signifies that the daily unspent budget for an account will keep accruing even when the account has been PAUSED. An inactive Budget Accrual Status signifies that the unspent budget will not accrue.
