Description
- Steps:
------------ - Deploy an order with all distributions.
- Generate carryover for all distribution
- Now, uncheck Facebook and deploy
- Carryover for Facebook still show in UI
- Now, pause the order.
Actual: After pausing order, Budget Accrual status will be Paused and carryover for Facebook will be zero.
Expected: When Facebook is checked and Budget accrual status is Paused then only show carryover as zero else, show real carryover value
