Merchant name should not contain paranthesis

Steps:
--------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create a merchant with merchant name as follows,

FB | AML | SAN-RD | Dealer Source | SAE (Austin)

3. Give any valid merchant id.
4. Enable Facebook checkbox.
5. Fill all the mandatory fields.
6. Save the merchant.

Expected: Merchant should not save and should throw validation Error for parenthesis '(' and ')'

Actual: Merchant is saving successfully.

Note: without enabling Facebook we are throwing validation Error for parenthesis and not allowing merchant to save.
