            Description

            Steps:
            --------
            1. Login to Reseller UI.
            2. Create a merchant with Facebook enabled.
            3. Save the merchant.

            Expected: Merchant should save successfully.

            Actual: Facebook account creation failed which is causing merchant creation failure.
