Steps:
--------
1. Login to database and disable Google and Bing in the reseller_properties table.
2. Now, login to Reseller UI.
3. select a previously deployed order which is deployed to Google and Bing.
4. Navigate to current order page.
5. Verify monthly budget fields of the deployed order.
Expected: monthly budget fields of a deployed order should be non editable(disabled) in current order page.
Actual: Monthly budget fields are editable for a deployed order in current order page.
