Description
Lead Ads Terms Status is visible in UI for other merchants as well when we switch to any other merchants as well.
It's showing Lead Ads Terms Status for the merchants which Facebook Lead Ads Terms is not enabled.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Click on Facebook Lead Ad Terms option and save it.
2. Switch any other merchant.
Expected: Lead Ads Terms Status should show based on Facebook Lead Ads Terms is enabled or not and acceptance.
Actual : Lead Ads Terms Status is visible for all other merchants.
