Description
Unable to deploy an order When you cloned the order from the history tab from the reseller and try to deploy.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Select any Merchant which have order in deployed, Archived or any
state from the history tab.
2. Clone that order.
3. Click on Request Deployment.
Expected Result: User should able to deploy the order.
Actual Result: Unable to deploy the order.
