ABU throwing exception on Budget update

            Description

            While running admax budget updater it is throwing exception for low budget. There was no spend or overspend, it was just an clean budget update.

            Please find the attached log.

            Test case : Run the admax.sh script for deployed account (A valid and past day account).

            Actual result: Budget is not getting updated in facebook business ads.

            Expected result: Budget should get updated.

            Note: We have to by pass sebidupdate.sh for Facebook distribution
