Error message is showing to select the option from Drop Down, Even the default options are loaded

Multiple validations are happening for the Drop down even Default options are selected in Objective selection.
Step to recreate:
1. Create an order by selecting Facebook distribution and don't select any primary BL.
2. Click on Request deployment.
3. Error message will show to select Primary BL.
4. select primary BL.
Expected: No error message should show,
Actual: Multiple validation for Objective and CTA are happening and showing error message, even the default CTA's are loaded.
