Status is not sync in facebook campaigns table from ABU failsafe result

            Description

            Status of the campaign is not getting sync with facebook.campaigns table once ABU changes it status with respect to budget.
            (Verified same issue we have for bing as well)

            Steps to reproduce
            Hoping the campaign is active initially
            1. Run admax script for any distribution by failing.
            2. Run ABU for the same account.
            3. An update campaign status request is send to update the status of the campaign.(Paused)
            4. Check the status of campaign in Google/Bing/Facebook/YahooJapan distribution campaigns table.
