Description

similar to SMS, we need to have a mechanism in the system that alerts when the content repository falls below a configurable % (by reseller) of available unique content, For templates, it would be by Primary BA/Loc so that Plumbers in Providence don't all have the same template.

This could be enhanced if including the image as another unique element as part of the combination to stretch out the template resources.
