User not warned of unsaved changes when clicking from the Merchant Dialog to the Quotes dialog

If you open a saved merchant, edit it and without saving the changes, click on the Quotes tab (still quotes right now), you get no warning of unsaved changes. This action should trigger the unsaved changes warning popup.

If you do the same thing with a saved quote and navigate to the Merchants tab, you get the unsaved changes warning.
