Description
Need to provide a way for Dev Ops to troubleshoot issues in the live system - Audit logs, Recent Activity Queries, tools, etc
from Ramesh...
If it is the first, then Ops team should have
• Access to server box where Web and Application servers are installed. This also extends to the read/write access to the application server log
• Read/Write permission in the server for extracting information
• AdWords MCC (Read only) access to monitor, track spend and troubleshoot any issues
• Database server access with privilege to modify tables (budget cap, sloshing percentage) and create temporary tables (when working on extracting data) etc.
• Access as developers to Ticket management system (mostly hosted JIRA)
