Create Merchant button non-functional after closing browser and reconnecting to the server.

To reproduce:
1 - Log in to the system and have the system save you password if requested.
2 - Click on the merchants tab.
3 - Verify that the create merchants button works and that you can click on any saved merchant
4 - close the browser
5 - Reopen the browser
6 - Type in the URL to the server in the address bar of the browser and hit enter.
7 - Notice you'll be take right to the Merchant page without being presented the login screen.
8 - Try clicking on the Create Merchant button, notice it is non functioning. You can still click on the saved merchants.

I reproduced this on Chrome, IE and Firefox.

Create orders works fine on the Orders page in the same scenario.
