Australian locations available in Create Order as Select labour_market

In the choose location level below Select US State, there are three drop down's available: Select US Places, Select US Counties and Select labour_market.

If you choose Select labour_market, you'll see Australian locations.

I'm not sure if the Select labour_market control should be available or something else should go in its place. either way, we should not be seeing Australian locations in the US.
