Description
This is not reproducible with H2 but the dev MySQL DB seems to respond very slowly.
As user is typing into the Associated Merchant field, if MySQL is responding slowly when it tries to pull the list of merchants, it is not clear to user that any loading is taking place, which leaves the user to believe she needs to type in the entire merchant name.
Expected result: in case of slow connections like this, user needs to see some loading sign so she is aware something is happening in the background.
